Our statement

HjulmandKaptain is the Danish member of ij INTERNATIONAL JURISTS and is further the largest law firm in the northern part of Jutland with approximately 150 employees, of whom 16 equity-partners, 12 partners and 23 are associates, spread over 4 regional offices. All our lawyers work together across these offices for the purpose of strengthening the cooperation amongst those within the same specific legal field. In the interests of the client and for efficiency purposes we have further centralized our organization, having regard to the fact that a case within a specific field may typically be administered irrespective of its geographical placing.

We are occupied and specialized within any kind of legal field, providing consultancy services to i.a. industrial enterprises and listed companies, municipalities, public institutions, foundations, associations, and financial service companies as well as individuals.

We co-operate closely with our business clients, having a profound knowledge of their activities. Thus, we often participate in meetings at their premises to ensure a high legal standard within all areas of the business concerned. For specific business clients we even act as in-house lawyers, being physically present at their premises with legal counselling on regular weekdays. Besides, our business clients are used to being assisted by more than one lawyer, dependent on the speciality of each case, and in respect of important and demanding assignments two lawyers are generally associated during the entire course of the particular assignment.
